First and foremost we are Landlords ourselves, and we have dealt with many agents over the years but not one that delivered a specialist service in managing our investments, so we decided to do it ourselves, and in that process we established a successful Lettings & Management firm that only deals with residential lettings, that means we don’t get caught up in Sales, Commercials or financial services. We stick to what we do best.
As landlords we also understand the factor of agent fees and the impact it has on our profits, therefore unlike others we don’t charge excessive fees,
We believe that landlords should get more for their money.
Reasonable fees does not meant that the service you receive is reasonable, our fees do not reflect our services, and we continue to provide a premium service just at a reasonable rate.
We also emphasise on best practice, for added assurance you will be pleased to know that Bloomingdale Residential is regulated by the Property Ombudsman, and we continue to adhere to their Code of Practice.
